The Problem

Death Wish Coffee came with a big challenge and very little time. A DEATHLY issue indeed. With the launch of a new product line within their already cult favorite brand, they needed a strategy (and fast) to build out a launch strategy for their subscriptions business along with a digital architecture flexible enough to allow them to test different models to find what their loyal customers best responded towards.

The Solution

With a 2-month timeline to migrate to Shopify Plus 2.0 framework and implement subscriptions, I was able to work with the DWC team to build out a multiphase roll-out the accomplished

1) Increased LTV

2) Increased Site Speed

3) Increased AOVs
