The Problem
The brand was on a clunky and very expensive to maintain Magento Commerce infrastructure that kept the marketing team from being able to innovate and build up the brand, especially ecommerce, as quickly as they would have liked. Pair that with the migration to a new ERP system and desire to migrate the brand identity away from their Nest Fragrance brand towards a more expansive luxury brand to be known as Nest New York
The Solution
I worked with the brand alongside their agency partners to make sure I was connecting all the pieces together into an integrated digital strategy while in parallel managing the holiday promotions and web management of their aging system. The result was 200%+ YoY growth and a shift in revenue attribution towards eComm channels vs such a high reliance upon the brick and mortar retail channel/s.
